The Loop Loader is a single-operator coil tubing unit designed for efficient geothermal loop installation and bottom-up grouting. It streamlines the process by allowing simultaneous loop placement and grouting, enabling the drilling rig to move on and begin the next borehole — saving both time and labor.

‍The tubing serves as a tremie pipe through which grout is pumped. This ensures that grouting is consistent from base to the surface providing the greatest heat transfer possible, providing many advantages to the end user and overall production.
